HOT Partners with Kent State University to Promote CNA Survey 

Haus of Transcendent received a grant from Kent State University to help mobilize LGBTQ+ folks in Northeast Ohio to complete the Greater Cleveland Community Needs Assessment. Responses to the survey will inform the development of strategies for identifying and addressing the social determinants of LGBTQ+ health.
