HARP supports the economic development of talented LGBTQ+ artists in Cleveland who are uplifting the community. HARP fellows are awarded a microgrant to create impactful art. HOT will feature the portfolios, social media handles, and contact info of HARP fellows to amplify their art and promote business opportunities for local talent.
