HOT CEO Selected as 2023 Commencement Speaker for GWU OMH MLDP

Haus of Transcendent CEO, Jordi Luke, will be the 2023 commencement speaker for George Washington University’s Office of Minority Health Minority Leaders Development Program. The Office of Minority Health (OMH) Minority Leaders Development Program (MLDP) at the Mullan Institute aims to develop and support future federal leaders in public health and health equity, with a focus on recruiting individuals from groups that have been underrepresented in federal government leadership positions. The program is sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and led in partnership with the Office of Minority Health.

Prior to living in Cleveland, Jordi held multiple senior leadership roles at federal agencies in the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Jordi was the first Transgender person to be appointed as a group director in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Jordi also served as an acting office director in the Administrarion for Community Living (ACL) and deputy group director in the CMS regional office.
