Formulario de liberación voluntaria y exención de responsabilidad
Esta Exención y Liberación de Responsabilidad (la “Exención”) a favor de HAUS OF TRANSCENDENT (“HOT”), sus directores, funcionarios, empleados y agentes (colectivamente, HOT).
RENUNCIA Y LIBERACIÓN
El Voluntario entiende que las actividades en las que puede participar pueden incluir trabajos que pueden ser peligrosos, incluidos, entre otros, actividades de construcción, carga y descarga, transporte hacia y desde los lugares de trabajo, exposición a enfermedades transmisibles e interacción con los beneficiarios del programa.
El Voluntario por la presente libre, voluntariamente y sin coacción ejecuta esta Liberación bajo los siguientes términos:
Renuncia y Liberación. Por la presente, el Voluntario libera y libera para siempre y exime de toda responsabilidad a Haus of Transcendent y sus sucesores y cesionarios de toda responsabilidad, reclamo y demanda de cualquier tipo o naturaleza, ya sea en derecho o en equidad, que surjan o puedan surgir en el futuro de las actividades del Voluntario. con CALIENTE.
Tratamiento médico. Por la presente, el voluntario libera y descarga para siempre a HOT de cualquier reclamo que surja o pueda surgir en el futuro a causa de cualquier primeros auxilios, tratamiento o servicio prestado en relación con las actividades del voluntario con HOT.
Asunción de Riesgo. El Voluntario entiende que las Actividades incluyen trabajo que puede ser peligroso para el Voluntario, incluyendo, entre otros, lesiones, enfermedades o posiblemente la muerte. Por la presente, el voluntario asume expresa y específicamente el riesgo de lesiones o daños en estas actividades y libera a Haus of Transcendent de toda responsabilidad por lesiones, enfermedades, muerte o daños a la propiedad resultantes de las actividades del Voluntario con Haus of Transcendent.
Seguro. El Voluntario entiende que HOT no tiene ni mantiene cobertura de seguro médico, de salud o de discapacidad para ningún Voluntario. Se espera y se anima a que cada voluntario llegue con cobertura de seguro médico personal.
Lanzamiento fotográfico. Por la presente, el voluntario otorga y transmite a HOT todos los derechos, títulos e intereses sobre todas y cada una de las imágenes fotográficas y grabaciones de video o audio realizadas por Haus of Transcendent durante las actividades del voluntario con HOT, incluidas, entre otras, regalías, ingresos, u otros beneficios derivados de dichas fotografías o grabaciones. Como consideración del permiso otorgado por el voluntario/participante, HOT se compromete a:
- eliminar cualquier foto, vídeo o cualquier otra grabación a petición del sujeto;
- tomar y mostrar fotografías, vídeos o cualquier otra grabación con respeto; y
- Abstenerse de tomar o utilizar fotografías o cualquier otra grabación poco favorecedora o dañina.
Otro. El voluntario acepta expresamente que esta autorización pretende ser tan amplia e inclusiva como lo permitan las leyes del estado/país en el que se llevan a cabo las actividades y que esta autorización se regirá e interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes del estado/país. en el que se encuentra HOT.
El voluntario acepta que en caso de que cualquier cláusula o disposición de este comunicado sea considerada inválida por cualquier tribunal de jurisdicción competente, la invalidez de dicha cláusula o disposición no afectará de otro modo las disposiciones restantes de este comunicado, que seguirán siendo aplicables.
