Haus of Transcendent (HOT), l\u00edder en la coordinaci\u00f3n de atenci\u00f3n para la comunidad LGBTQI2S+ en el \u00e1rea metropolitana de Cleveland, se enorgullece de anunciar que ha recibido financiaci\u00f3n de Cleveland Foundation para apoyar nuestros programas e iniciativas. Esta generosa inversi\u00f3n impulsar\u00e1 directamente la misi\u00f3n de HOT de brindar atenci\u00f3n esencial y coordinada, y construir una comunidad m\u00e1s inclusiva y saludable.<\/p>\n\n

La financiaci\u00f3n ayudar\u00e1 a HOT a brindar servicios especializados de coordinaci\u00f3n de atenci\u00f3n para personas LGBTQI2S+ y sus aliados a trav\u00e9s de su rol como agencia de coordinaci\u00f3n de atenci\u00f3n del Better Health Partnership Pathways HUB. El modelo de HOT se centra en lo b\u00e1sico: reducir el da\u00f1o, conectar con la atenci\u00f3n y so\u00f1ar en grande.
