Liberaci\u00f3n de Responsabilidad (la \u201cExenci\u00f3n\u201d)<\/strong> a favor de HAUS OF TRANSCENDENT (\u201cHOT\u201d), sus directores, funcionarios, empleados y agentes (colectivamente, HOT).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ff1e4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0ff1e4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">RENUNCIA Y LIBERACI\u00d3N<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-943acaa elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Voluntario entiende que las actividades en las que puede participar pueden incluir trabajos que pueden ser peligrosos, incluidos, entre otros, actividades de construcci\u00f3n, carga y descarga, transporte hacia y desde los lugares de trabajo, exposici\u00f3n a enfermedades transmisibles e interacci\u00f3n con los beneficiarios del programa.<br \/>El Voluntario por la presente libre, voluntariamente y sin coacci\u00f3n ejecuta esta Liberaci\u00f3n bajo los siguientes t\u00e9rminos:<br \/><strong>Renuncia y Liberaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Por la presente, el Voluntario libera y libera para siempre y exime de toda responsabilidad a Haus of Transcendent y sus sucesores y cesionarios de toda responsabilidad, reclamo y demanda de cualquier tipo o naturaleza, ya sea en derecho o en equidad, que surjan o puedan surgir en el futuro de las actividades del Voluntario. con CALIENTE.<br \/><strong>Tratamiento m\u00e9dico.<\/strong> Por la presente, el voluntario libera y descarga para siempre a HOT de cualquier reclamo que surja o pueda surgir en el futuro a causa de cualquier primeros auxilios, tratamiento o servicio prestado en relaci\u00f3n con las actividades del voluntario con HOT.<br \/><strong>Asunci\u00f3n de Riesgo.<\/strong> El Voluntario entiende que las Actividades incluyen trabajo que puede ser peligroso para el Voluntario, incluyendo, entre otros, lesiones, enfermedades o posiblemente la muerte. Por la presente, el voluntario asume expresa y espec\u00edficamente el riesgo de lesiones o da\u00f1os en estas actividades y libera a Haus of Transcendent de toda responsabilidad por lesiones, enfermedades, muerte o da\u00f1os a la propiedad resultantes de las actividades del Voluntario con Haus of Transcendent.<br \/><strong>Seguro.<\/strong> El Voluntario entiende que HOT no tiene ni mantiene cobertura de seguro m\u00e9dico, de salud o de discapacidad para ning\u00fan Voluntario. Se espera y se anima a que cada voluntario llegue con cobertura de seguro m\u00e9dico personal.<br \/><strong>Lanzamiento fotogr\u00e1fico.<\/strong> Por la presente, el voluntario otorga y transmite a HOT todos los derechos, t\u00edtulos e intereses sobre todas y cada una de las im\u00e1genes fotogr\u00e1ficas y grabaciones de video o audio realizadas por Haus of Transcendent durante las actividades del voluntario con HOT, incluidas, entre otras, regal\u00edas, ingresos, u otros beneficios derivados de dichas fotograf\u00edas o grabaciones.
