It will be comprised of both temporary and permanent housing buildings, with wraparound support services provided from our on site Resource Hub, a newly-acquired 8,000 sq. ft. building located directly across the street from our housing facilities. As a Better Health Pathways HUB Care Coordination agency, our community health workers and legal team specialize in connecting folks to critical resources: healthcare, legal help, food, transportation, employment, and more.
